Membership Requirements

50 & DC Marathon Group

The 50 States & D.C. Marathon Group is a unique group of individuals from around the world. We currently have members from all 50 States, Washington D.C. and other countries.  The group shares a goal of completing a marathon in all 50 States & D.C.

To become a member of the 50 & DC Marathon Group you must complete 10 Marathons in 10 different states.  A Marathon, Ultra Marathon, Ironman, 12 or 24 hour race or any event that has at least 26.2 miles can be counted as one Marathon.

Wheelers and Handcyclists are welcome to join our group after completing one Marathon.

50 & DC Half Marathon Group

The 50 and DC Half Marathon Group is not a circuit.  You can choose to do a circuit if you like.

To become a member of the 50 and DC Half Marathon Group you must have completed (1) ½ Marathon.  A Marathon, Ultra Marathon, Ironman, 12 or 24 hour race or any event that has at least 13.1 miles can be counted as one ½ Marathon.

Wheelers and Handcyclists are welcome to join our group after completing one ½ Marathon.

Please review the membership requirements and other information found above, then download the appropriate application form below. Fill out the form and return it with your membership fee to the address indicated on the form.

Once the web site administrator has received your application and membership fee, your account will be approved.  Once approved, you will be able to sign in and update all of you statistics.
